In all the blackness of all things lay the spark of Uhma. Small at first, it glimmered in the thick oil of unreality. Slowly it opened its rays of light & began to push through the inky unshifting soil & debris. Sitting on the surface of the cold, lifeless rock of earth, Uhma put It's hands down & sang a song unheard by mortal ears. The Core reached out into the song & the worlds around it began to breathe & cry, whisper & scream. It was life & it was death. The centre of all things.
