Slowly, he lifted the broadsword from the blood caked ground. There Caeadrias stood, like many years before. Aaron wiped his brow of sweat & stray hair as a wicked grin grew across his opponents face.
"What's the matter?" Caeadrias taunted. "Had enough already?"
"Not until you're dead..." Aaron spat.
The smile on the man before Aaron widened as he let his two wicked blades rest on either shoulder, "Your war is over. You've been fighting a week & your strength is gone. I'm fresh to the battle & feeling well enough to strike you down."
Aaron coughed & said nothing, but raised his sword at his enemy. Somehow, it felt lighter than before. Smoke wailed through the marshy atmosphere as Aaron quickened a care & from the blood red clay below him came the honourable dead, risen up to his aid, imbuing his weapon. His sword gleamed with raging fire as he ran towards Caeadrias. Their weapons sparked as they hit one another, each of their force & energy screeching out for death. Caeadrias bit down, clenching his teeth at the wailing power of the Draiackin Lord. The two blades screeched at each other as the dead rose again, their banshee song whispering energy into him.
